Meditations
Access deeper self-connection using these meditations. They are designed to be listened to in the above order. Feel free to go through each track on a surface level first, before engaging with it experientially at a later time. They are designed to be nurturing and supportive, yet if at any time your experience is too strong, simply stop the recording. You might go for a walk outside, have something to eat, or run some water over your hands. You may choose to discuss your experience with kind friends, or your therapist, if you want. Change any of the meditations as you feel to, and trust yourself to know your needs.
